Event Schedule

8:30AM-Site Opens
-any final placement of set up happens
-artisans begin setting up their displays
9:30AM- Opening Royal Court ( informal, no thrones, using stairs)
-words from Her Majesty/Their Excellencies in welcome
-Rotrude’s elevation
-Royal Court Business
10:30AM- Laurel’s Meeting
-final notes on one-on-one chat pairings
-last minute shifts based on updated schedule and timing needs
-artisans can mingle and socialize and geek out together while the meeting happens.
11:30AM- one on one chats begin.
-11:30am-12pm First Seating(Groups 1 & 3)
-12pm-12:30pm Second seating (Groups 2 & 4)
-12:30pm-1pm Third Seating (Groups 1 & 3)
-1pm-1:30pm Fourth Seating ( Groups 2 & 4)
-1:30-2pm Lunch Interval
2pm one-on-one chats continue
-2pm-2:30pm Fifth Seating (Groups 1 &3)
-2:30pm-3pm Sixth Seating (Groups 2 & 4 )
-3pm-3:30pm Seventh Seating ( Groups 1 & 3 )
-3:30pm-4pm Eighth Seating ( Groups 2 & 4)
4-5pm social where artisans and Laurels can mix and chat free form as Court is being set up outside
5pm-7pm Royal Court
-Baronial Investiture
7pm-8pm pack out and clean up site
8pm leave Lake Washington High School after a lovely successful day of arting and networking

Accessibility Information

The site is multi-level, with limited elevator access to the second level.  There are no planned activities on the second floor.   The main level is accessible with accessible restrooms.

Meal Information

A Late Period English repast served cold, offered for $8. Preregistration recommended to reserve and purchase your lunch; limited quantities may be available for cash purchase onsite.

Roll (Or GF Crackers)
Shrewsbury Cakes (Or GF cookies)

Served as an individually packaged ‘sack lunch’, the menu is crafted to be allergen friendly, roll and cookies or alternatives will be packaged separately, the salad and pickles are dairy free.

Volunteer Information

Gate (including Paypal trained)
