My Lords and Ladys, the Shire of
Pendale cordially invites you all to join us as we seek new
Champions to carry us threw for another year. We have the same
beautiful site as last year with shade, a lake, an amphitheater,
and a large grill where we will be hosting our burger burn. The
Shire will bring the meat please bring the sides. There is a
covered pavilion where classes and A&S will be held.

When camping at our lovely site please be aware that fires MUST
be with in the provided metal camp fire rings,(all fires must be
watched or put out) there are a limited number of these rings so
get to know your neighbors and share a fire. If you do not know
your neighbor then you will get to
know them at the Shires meat and greet on Saturday. It will be
$5.00 at the gate.

The site is discreetly damp all drinks must be in a period
Container. There is a care taker on site and there will be
neighbors using the other side of the camp so quiet time has been
set for 10 pm. Please do not offer drink to people you don’t know,
we will have the same neighbors as last year.

Merchants are welcome with a fee being a donation to the shire
for its annual harvest protector auction.

This year we will have our Heavy, Rapier, Archery, Bardic, as
well as unusual games and A&S. A&S will be judged and a
minimum of 3/4 page of documentation is required.

We will be having a silk painting class and possibly a soap
making class. If you are willing to teach a class, please contact
the event steward.

All pets must be on a leash and under their owners control at
all times.

There is a lake so please be mindful of your children and where
they are.

There is NO prepay for this event .

Site opens at 3 PM Friday, closes at 1 PM Sunday no exceptions.
If you plan on staying after this time please make arrangments with
the camp manager.

make checks payable to Shire of Pendale, SCA Inc. five dollar
member discount applies.

Please note that the road in is fairly steep and has a sharp
corner. RVs and campers might have some difficulty.
