humbly invites One and all to the Principality of the Summits 1st
 Alpine Scholar and Bardic Competition
Weekend
 , February
24, 25, and 26, 2017

Artists and Bards from all over Summits will be
competiting to become the next Alpine Scholar or Bardic Champion of
the Summits.

Ithra Classes will be offered, plus prize
tourneys for those who wish to engage in a battle of
brawn.

This is a three day event nestled in the
stunning lush bucolic countryside of Camp Myrtlewood. Bunkhouse
accommodations for 110, with heating, hot/cold running water,
flushing toilets, and showers are available. There are paved paths
so the terrain is pretty even

assessable please contact us so we can make the proper
arrangements
• Please no pets other than service animals so please contact
us, there is a $10.00 fee
• Smoking outside in designated areas only
• This is a very, very discreet site so alcohol if consumed
must be in period containers. Please keep all alcoholic bottles and
cans out of plain sight

 

· In regards to marijuana laws, all
SCA participants should follow modern law, both State and Federal.
As it is still illegal under Federal law, marijuana is prohibited
at SCA functions.

· The site staff cleans up but
please lets make their job easier by maintaining your
area.



Preregistration is now
open.
Pre-Registration will
end February 10, 2017 as the site requires a headcount for meals by
then.

Adults: $25
Members: $20 after the $5 member
discount is applied

Children 17 and under

Lodging Prices

$60 per person—this includes 2 nights as
well as Friday dinner, Saturday lunch, and dinner, Sunday
breakfast

$25 For Saturday Meals

will be provided, the site charges by the plate so just remember to
keep your same plate (new plates for each meal). You can go back as
many times as you like just so you know it’s one plate per person
per meal.  Remember to bring your drinking
mugs.
