It’s time for Bearwood’s Chinese New Year Tea
Party. This is the year of the Red Fire Rooster and we are
celebrating with foods that are related to either Fire, Red or
Rooster (chicken or duck will do).
Tentative menu:
Chicken and Pears
Beet pickled eggs
Shrimp with peas
BBQ pork
Lamb Korma with yellow rice
Tea eggs
Tung po duck
Baby bok choy with ginger dressing
Soup: either Salmon Sizzling Rice or Hot and Sour
and other dishes.

We will have several different Teas to try and period games to
play. Bring any handcraft you are working on, I’m sure
someone else will be interested and want to talk.
