entertainment between the courses!

BE A BARDIC FUN TOURNAMENT — NO DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED &
PERFORMANCES WILL TAKE PLACE DURING THE BREAK BETWEEN FEAST
COURSES! COME PREPARED TO PERFORM — NO BARDIC EFFORT WILL BE
TURNED AWAY!

THERE WILL BE TUTR LEVEL COURSES OFFERED!
SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE! More information to be posted as soon as
the classes have been established.

THERE WILL BE A CRAFT & GAMES TABLE FOR 12
& UNDER!

THERE WILL BE A YOUTH TOURNAMENT if enough
young combatants attend.

Medium

This year’s A&S Competition is a Daffodil in any medium
“within a French context.” Be creatuve and think FRENCH!

Daffodil
Costume Contest

The
traditional
annual costume contest.  The judges
will be interested in knowing the year, locale, and perhaps class
of the garment you are showing. It helps to have the garment on a
model – either your body or another’s. Be prepared to talk about
the design, the finishing, the details, and show off any special
effort you took in making the garment(s). The judges will be
following the Kingdom judging forms which will mark for:
Authenticity (design and materials), Workmanship (Technical, fit
and fastenings), General Appearance (appearance and compatibility)
Accessories (headwear, footwear & underwear) Complexity (scope,
difficulty & use of diverse techniques) and Documentation
(major aspects & details)

Merchants

Merchant fee is $10 and this
includes the 1st table provided by the Event. Up to an additional 2
tables may be set up at Vendors own expense with Event Coordinators
prior approval. Merchant Application form available at
doffodil_35@shaw.ca Those interested in reserving Merchant space
can post their Merchant Application form and their cheque made

 WE WILL BE USING THE RAPID
GATE FORMAT OF CHECK-IN AND ALL THOSE WHO HAVE PRE-REGISTERED WILL
FIND THEMSELVES THROUGH THE GATE AND ENJOYING THE EVENT FASTER THAN
THEY EVER IMAGINED.  PRE REGISTER AND FULLY ENJOY DAFFODIL 35
FEAST & TOURNAMENT!!
