Come to Adiantum’s
Midsummer Frolic, September 12, 2009. Site opens at 10am
and closes at 7pm. There will be Sergeantry
trials, Arts& Sciences, games for kids, a Teddy Bear
Tourney and Heavy Defender Tourney, potluck feast in the
evening and lots of good fun!  Please
bring a teddy bear to donate to the Teddy Bear Tourney or
children’s contest Project Bearway. No bicranial bears
please.

Fighters if you are
planning on entering the Teddy Bear Tourney please bring a
teddy bear so we have enough for everyone. This will
be judged like a styles tourney, we’ll have categories
such as; Most Bearish, Most Chivalrous, Best
Death, Most Clever Use of a Teddy
Bear.

Project Bearway
children’s contest: Dress up a teddy bear and model it down
the runway. Our judges will critique your style. The one with
the best bear gets a prize and any children that participate
can keep their bear at the end of the contest. There will be
a potluck feast in the evening, there are no kitchen
facilities on site, and we ask that you please bring bread,
fruit or a non-perishable side dish to share. Extra bears
will be dressed up and donated to the Relief Nursery in
Eugene.

If the first letter of
your last name begins with A-H please bring Fruits or
Vegetables.

If the first letter of
your last name begins with I-P please bring
Bread.

If the first letter of
your last name begins with Q-Z please bring a Dessert
(cookies, cakes, brownies).  

Also everyone please
remember to bring your own
drinks.

Danstrom Rd, Creswell OR 97426. 

Directions:

From I-5 North follow I-5
down to Creswell Exit 182. Turn Left at the light at the end
of the off ramp onto E. Oregon Ave/ Cloverdale Rd. Follow the
road for about 3 miles. Turn Right onto Danstrom Rd and take
the next Right. Follow signs to parking.

From I-5 South follow I-5
up to Creswell Exit 182. Turn Right at the stop sign and
follow E. Oregon Ave/ Cloverdale Rd for about 3 miles. Turn
Right onto Danstrom Rd and take the next Right. Follow signs
to parking.

There will be signs
posted from the off ramps.

Site fee: $8 for
paid members, $10 for non-members, $7 for youth and $5 for
pets
