The Barony of Borealis
would like to invite one and all to join us in celebrating
the turning of the seasons at our Yule Feast to be held the
First weekend in December (
December 06,
2008
).  Join us for an afternoon of games
and revelry followed by a delicious period meal created by
the Borealis culinary guild.

Tentative schedule (subject to Royal confirmation):
10 am Site opens, bring games to play throughout the day.
2-4 pm Afternoon bardic, plus a mystery A&S all ages
activity courtesy of Coryn of the Woods
2-5 pm Baronial polling
4-5 pm Dancing
5 pm Start fancying up your places for the table decorating
contest
6 pm Feast begins
8 pm Court
9 pm Dessert, and evening bardic until the hall closes
at 1 am

Cost: $20/person, under
16: $15/person, children under 10: no cost, Site only: $10,
NMS $3 added to cost.

Feast reservations must be paid in advance, with the deadline
for payment
November 30, 2008.. Include your mundane name, SCA name,
contact info, membership # and
expiry date. Make cheques payable to ASCA – Barony of
Borealis.

There is a cap of 110 for
the feast, feast reservations must be paid in
advance.

 Note
that due to the size of the hall, regretfully there will be
no
merchants’ tables available, nor will there be martial
activities.
