Here is more information:
Crown Council- online digital- using existing peerage email lists. Nov 5th-8th (Wed-Sat)

– this encompasses both weekday and weekend to best accommodate everyone. 
 
Peerage secretaries should have agendas to Us by the 4th and the agendas will be posted on the 5th to start the meeting. If you have any additions to the agenda please contact your secretary and CC Us preferably prior to the 4th. These meetings are to be primarily candidate focused.
 
As far as the meeting structure:
We are asking that all replies, being sent to the list be addressed to Us as they would be in an actual physical meeting.
We are asking that peerage secretaries track any “votes” so that We can clearly see the results of the meetings.

Again, please take this time to ensure the peers you know are subscribed to their respective kingdom lists.
