The Canton of Nordholt invites one and all to join us for Stinky War IX. This year we plan to do things a little different. The morning warm up will focus on spear work, working as a unit, tactics and other arts of war for which an interest is shown. The afternoon will be devoted to fighting. We ask that you bring multiple weapons as some of the planned scenarios will allow peasant weapons only, such as spears, axes, and other useful implements easily adapted to war. Meanwhile, the gentler arts will be
pursued in a pavilion devoted to teaching and sharing with all those who are interested throughout the afternoon. And let us not forget Sunday morning, when the newest champion of Nordholt will be selected in grueling one-on-one combat.
Site fee is $10 for adults, $5 for 10-17 and 9 and under free. We will have a family cap of $30 in place.
