Greetings Unto the Kingdom of An Tir

I am sorry for such a late posting for this event but we are going to have some fun Coming up This May 20th 2006 at DEMO WARS sponsored by the Stronghold of Rath An Oir.

Yes it is that time a year again when the Stronghold of Rath An Oir has it Annual DEMO WARS on FT Lewis Washington in support of Arm Forces Day. So Come one Come all and brings your fighting gear and any Arts and Science you maybe doing or done with. We would love to have bards and artisans, fighters, both heavy and fencers and Merchants.

No Site Fee. Site opens 8 AM with start at 10 AM and ends at 6 PM

Merchants are welcome and encouraged. There is a contract to be completed and a small fee that goes directly to the post, $15. Please let me know if you would like to participate

Because of security precautions the post is restricting parking to designated areas away from the activities and using busses to transport visitors to the site. Since fighting gear and other stuff can be cumbersome we have a means that allows you to gain access directly to the event site. If your membership is current as of February it will be on the list at the gate, if not, send me your SCA name and modern name NLT May 14th to add to the list. This is for all who think they may come.
No matter what you need to have proof of insurance, valid license plates, vehicle registration and valid driver’s license. You will have to show them at the gate.
