Hail AnTir! The Shire of Ambergard invites you once again to our annual Oasis War and the ever popular “Tavern Style” Feast where, while dining, you will be awed by swashbuckling prowess during the “Lady Agata’s Memorial Rapier Tourney”. This year our tavern will be in the talented hands of Dregate’s Culinary Guild and as usual, field food will be delivered to the War Field for those fighters – too exhausted – to attend the Tavern.

Your Autocrat is Lady Bronwen Elgars (mka Terri Morrison) at 701 Basin Street NW, Ephrata, WA 98823, 509-754-2846, norseman@vib.tv. She will be happy to assist you should you wish to find overnight hosts.

The War Field is at OASIS PARK, 2541 Basin Street SW, Ephrata and it will open Saturday, March 11 at 9:30am. To get there take your best route to Basin Street in Ephrata, Washington. (The main thoroughfare through Ephrata is Hwy 28 – aka Basin Street). OASIS PARK is located at the very southwest edge of town on Hwy 28. Watch for the SCA signs.

The Tavern Site will again be held at the Ephrata Recreation Center (ERC) in the center of town at 112 Basin Street SW (this venue is also on the main thoroughfare and located next to the Les Schwab Tire Center). The Tavern Site will open at Noon on Saturday, March 11, but food will not be available there until around 5:00pm. Both sites close at midnight.

Site Fee is $10.00 for Adults (ages 13 and up) with a $3.00 non-member surcharge and $5.00 for Youths (ages 7 – 12). Those age 6 and under are allowed in free but still need to be signed in. Please make checks payable to “The Shire of Ambergard, SCA Inc.”
