SITE INFO: The registration fee is $6.00. The Non-member Surcharge does NOT apply. The site is Pacific University, 2043 College Way, Forest Grove, OR 97116. It is a DRY site. There will be NO food or drink provided on the site due to University food service contracts; however, students may bring their own on site. There are several food establishments within walking distance of the campus. Those needing crash space, should contact the autocrat; hotel information is available on the website.

All classes are “first-come, first-served,” so we encourage you to register early! Students may register via e-mail or regular post. Send check or money order; please do not send cash. Canadian students please make checks or money orders out in U.S. funds. THERE WILL BE NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION! Registration forms and payment MUST HAVE A POSTMARK NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 30, 2005. Check or money order should be made out to “SCA, Inc. — University of Ithra,” and mailed to the Registrar, Shelly Taranoff, 2590 N. Locust, Canby, OR 97013.

Please do not send SASE for confirmation. You will be contacted ONLY if there is a conflict regarding your registration. Should you register for but not attend a session or class, please notify the Registrar as soon as possible; another student might wish to fill your place. We also might be able to make arrangements for you to receive class materials, or a refund. YOU MUST CANCEL AT LEAST 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A REFUND.
