The great boar once again threatens the peaceful Barony of Aquaterra – our patron, St. Ursul, challenges all heavy fighters to aid him and his hounds in hunting the boar! Those who excel at rapier, archery, thrown weapons, and arts and sciences will also find exciting boar-ish events. Other activities include Merchants’ Row, children’s activities, bardic circle, dancing, and more!

Heavy Fighters: The Boar’s Hunt and Doggy Dagger Tournaments will be run much the same as in past years.

Rapier Fighters, Archers and Weapon-Throwers: Stay tuned for details!

Arts & Sciences Contest: Make an item that features a boar or is somehow associated with the boar. Prizes will be offered for Best Art, Best Science, and Best SCA Item. Documentation should be included for Best Art and Best Science, but is not required for Best SCA Item.

Bardic Contest: At Evening Court, children and adults are invited to vie for Best Performance!

Children’s Activities: Pied Piper for youngsters between 4-12 (accompanied by an adult or sibling over 15) will be available Saturday from 9:30-11am and 3-4:30pm. After court there will also be a children’s bardic circle for about an hour (with hot cocoa!).
