Board of Directors Meet and Greet Revel

Barony of Three Mountains

You are cordially invited to join the Barony of Three Mountains in welcoming the Society for Creative Anachronism Board of Directors to An Tir for the January 2005 quarterly Board meeting.

The Board of Director’s meeting will be held at the Embassy Suites Hotel located at 319 SW Pine Street in downtown Three Mountains (Portland, OR). The meeting is from 9:00am to late afternoon with approximately 1.5 hours for lunch. Dress is modern casual at the meeting.

After the Board of Director’s meeting, make your way to SE Three Mountains to enjoy a potluck of light snacks/finger foods, beverages, and entertainment as well as a rare opportunity to meet with the Society Board members.

The event opens at 3:00pm and will close at 12:00am. Please bring a period potluck finger food/snack donation to serve 15 people. This is a discretely damp site – please pack out your beverage containers. All musicians interested in providing background music are encouraged to contact the autocrat.

Site Fee: There is no site fee, however donations of non-perishable foods will be accepted for the Oregon Food Bank. (http://www.oregonfoodbank.org)
