Oyez, Oyez, Oyez. Once again the spectre of a harsh winter is upon us.
With the harvest safely off the fields, join the Canton of Vinjar and
Their Excellencies of Borealis as the skilled compete for the title of
Borealis Rapier and Art and Science Champions as well as the renowned
â??Grape Stompâ??. The Droverâ??s Reach Tavern will be open for business. *No
outside alcohol will be allowed*

PAID RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR MEALS AND BEDS, SPACE IS LIMITED

Site fee: Adults – non SCA members $ 4 NMS = $ 14 Cdn

$10 with a paid membership.

The site is wheelchair accessible and has indoor showers/washrooms.
Meals: $10 for feast on Saturday evening (limited to 110)
Reservations deadline for feast is September 27th
Bed fee:$10 per person per night. (there are 56 beds in heated cabins -26
top bunks in heated cabins).
Bring your own bedding.
There will also be limited camping space at $5 per tent.
(Smalls under 12 free except bed fee applies)

10:00-4 pm A&S competition begins

1:00 – PM Archery Inspection & Lists Open

1:30 -4 pm Archery Competition

2:00 PM Heavy Amour Inspection & List Open
2:30 – 4:00 PM Heavy Prize Tournament
5:00 PM Grape Stomping
6:30 PM Feast
Court to follow Feast

-limited indoor merchant space will be available until 5 pm on Saturday,
please contact autocrat to reserve a table, outdoor merchanting welcome
all weekend. There will be no merchant fees, donations to tournament
prizes always welcome.

Camp Tamarack Camp Ground, not the RV Park!

Follow Hwy 43 to Grande Prairie, turning LEFT at the Hwy 43/Hwy 2
junction. Follow Hwy 43 South/100 St. to 116 Ave. (just past McDonalds –
watch for “Hwy 43 West/Alaska” overhead sign). At 116 Ave., turn RIGHT.
Follow Hwy 43 to 100 Ave. (by Staples). At 100 Ave., CONTINUE HEADING
SOUTH, now following Hwy 40 South/Wapiti Road(108 St.) (watch for “Hwy 40
South/Wapiti Road” overhead sign). Follow Hwy 40 South through and out of
Grande Prairie. Continue south of Grande Prairie 5km, and turn LEFT at
“Camp Tamarack” signage and follow the SCA signs.

From Dawson Creek: enter Grande Prairie on Highway 43 past airport. Turn
right on highway 40/Wapiti Road. Travel south of Grande Prairie 5km; turn
left at Camp Tamarack signage and follow the SCA signs.
