August 15 – 17, 2003

Their Highness of Avacal, Prince Einar and Princess Svetlana wish to invite the populace of Avacal and beyond to the Investiture of Their heirs, the Tanist and Tanista. Come join us to celebrate this joyous occasion! Compete for the honor of serving as Principality Champions of Sword and Arrow! (membership requirements)

Site opens at noon Friday, August 15th and closes noon Sunday, August 17th.

SITE FEES: Adults : $10 / Children 12 & under : $5 / Under 5 free.  Add Non-member surcharge of $4 (no NMS for minors paying discounted fees) Bring proof of membership! Please make cheques payable to the ASCA Canton of Aquilon.

SITE INFO: The Gilchrist Family Farm located near Busby, AB. There is no street address. See directions below. It will be well signed!

PLEASE NOTE: This event is being held on a private farm. All pets must be leashed and picked up after. Please bring your own water. No electricity is available. Above ground fires only, weather permitting. Showers and supplies a quick 20 minutes drive away in Westlock.

DIRECTIONS: From Edmonton. Take HWY 2 North. Turn west (left) onto Secondary Highway 651. Go through  Busby. Keep going West to the Fifth Meridian (there is a sign marking the Fifth Meridian on the right hand side of the road). Turn Right (North) and follow the SCA signs to the site.
