Jeff Wilson” wilson@whatisaid.com

Greetings all!
First off, thanks for undulging my use of the bandwidth, and please pardon
the wide broadcast.
Please forward this to all parties/lists where it might be appropriate.

I am preparing a mailing list and will be erecting a website to help in the
planning for the
Construction effort during Clinton Work Week this summer.

If you are intereseted in contributing to the list, the construction effort,
or can donate or scrounge
materials, lend tools, expertise, experience, or ideas, please contact me
at:
wilson@whatisaid.com.

This is not going to be a high-traffic list. I am *very* interested in
maintaining a LOW
noise-to-signal ratio. There will be a digest version available for those
who need it, to further
limit the inbox-impact.

** NOTE **************************************************************
Subscription to this list is moderated. This means that not everyone will
be invited to subscribe.
We will not be discussing *what* is going to be built or worked on at
Clinton, but *how* things
are to be built/done.
*********************************************************************
Therefore, any suggestions for projects or concerns regarding needful things
may be sent to me.
I will pass them on to the appropriate destinations…

Thanks very much,

Geoffrey MacLean

—————–
Registration for the Work Week opens after Baroness Amanda is set up and ready.
Registration for the War Weekend opens after Opening Court
Classes have limited enrollment so register as soon as possible.
There is no free auditing of classes. Students may not attend a
class until they have registered for it with Baroness Amanda. First
time Ithra students must pay the Matriculation fee ($2.00) which
provides a Compendium (Ithra info booklet) and files of classes
passed. All students, including those paying a Matric fee, pay the
registration fee of $3.00. Students are not registered until all fees
are paid.

A bulletin board near the Kendal Pavilion will have information
regarding Class Times, Changes and Sites. In some cases, the
instructor may gather the students together at the Kendal Pavilion at
the appointed time to take the students to the site for the class. So
be on time or a little early. Non-attendance without prior notice &
agreement from the Chancellor, Baroness Amanda will not constitute a
reason for refund. Any handouts from the class will be given or
mailed later to non-attending students.

Classes, are subject to change due to various activities during the
War. We will try to accommodate everyone who registers. All students
are responsible for getting themselves to their classes. All
instructors and students are expected to be in garb during class.
Bring note-taking materials as well as anything required for classes.
PLEASE BRING A CHAIR TO CLASS

Next week I will be posting the class descriptions, fees, etc.
