Event Stewards can’t do all the things, but we still need to know all the things that are happening. We’ll have an open discussion about how to delegate, when to delegate and how to keep your sanity while coordinating people who will probably never all be in a room together before the event. This lecture discussion is open for anyone wishing to come listen, take notes, and ask questions.
Student Requirements: Students are encouraged to bring note taking implements. A resource handout will be available until copies are gone.
