For those with mobility issues or who cannot walk stairs:

First- very nearly all event items are occurring on the main floor. 
If you have mobility requirements and/or cannot walk stairs, this hotel does not have an elevator. They are also remodeling so there will be one in the future but not for this event. Please contact the hotel to request a main floor room. (509) 783-0611 is the number. Please call and have a note added to your reservation.

Due to construction issues the Red Lion in Richland is no able to host our event. They are moving it to the Red Lion Columbia Center in Kennewick. It will be at 1101 N Columbia Center Blvd.

What does this mean for attendees? Nothing other than a different address to come to. No need to panic as the entire room block has been moved (transferred) and they are including a free breakfast. If you do choose to panic, please remember to make sure you have your towel with you.

If you are outside the room block, the hotel should be contacting you. If you are not contacted by 12th Night please call the new hotel at 509-783-0611 to make sure your reservation has been moved from Richland to Kennewick.

The welcoming and warm hearted Baronies of Wastekeep and Vulkenfeldt invite you to join them in the Inlands Region for this contest of learning and might.

We will have a space we can lock at night. Merchants hours might change but for the moment they are:

Friday: set up can start at noon and merchants can open at 3pm and close at 8pm

Sat: 9am-5pm
