Join us for a workshop-focused day on the ins and outs of
serving as seneschal or exchequer of your branch.  The event
is not limited only to people currently holding those offices, or
only to those residing within the bounds of the Principality of the
Summits.  However, current seneschals and exchequers of
Summits branches are strongly encouraged to attend!

Site Opens: 10 AM
Site Closes: 10 PM
Site Fee: $0 (yes that’s right, it’s FREE!)

SCHEDULE – 


9-10 AM, breakfast available


10 AM – 1 PM, separate seneschal and exchequer
tracks


12 PM – seneschals meet with TAHs


1 PM – 2PM, lunch available


2 PM – 6 PM, seneschal and exchequer tracks

Meals are included in the site fee (of zero dollars!).
 

BREAKFAST


Build your own breakfast burritos of… Pork Sausage, Eggs, Hash
browns, Sour cream, Cheese, Salsa; also serving: Fresh baked
scones; hand fruit; drinks
(coffee/tea/cocoa/water)


LUNCH


sausage (homemade pork or chicken); pretzel roll; lentil soup
(vegetarian);
green salad; drinks (breakfast options + lemonade)
