IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR
SEPTEMBER CORONET – Due to poor air
conditions in Southern Oregon, the venue and structure for the
event have changed!

 

It’s
time again to choose the heirs of the Alpine Thrones. Join us in
the fair lands of Glyn Dwfn as honorable and courageous fighters,
supported and uplifted by their inspirations, vie for the privilege
to care for and serve the populace of the Summits as Prince and
Princess.

But
that’s not all. There will also be steel combat, arts and sciences
classes, and bardic entertainment.

Since
this is now a one-day event, the Shire of Glyn Dwfn is working to
offer space in their homes for those who wish to stay longer
without the added cost. If you are needing accommodations, please
contact Brenda Kirkland by texting her at: 541-499-3883, or through
email at athena.nightingale.bsk@gmail.com. Please include your
name, the number of people needing crash space, and whether or not
you are allergic to pets. 

SITE
RESTRICTIONS

No
pets are allowed at this site.

No
vaping or smoking inside or next to the buildings. Smoking
can only occur along the fence at the back of the
building.

Alcohol is not allowed
at this event, as it is a strictly dry
site.

Since this
is a Fairgrounds and Expo Center, there will be other events
occuring simultaneously to ours. This means we will be sharing the
parking lots with these events, and you may need to carpool or park
in the overflow lot.
