An open invitation from the Barony of
Stromgard to the Populace of An Tir.  Glad Tidings have spread
across the Land!  Stormgods will be hosting  the
Tri-Baronial Championships.  Come one and all as we host 7
Championships: Stormgod, Storm Blade, StormHunter, Three Mountains
Archery and Thrown Weapons, Dragon’s Mist Archery and Thrown
Weapons.

 It is time once again to call all
warriors of An Tir to do battle in the Game of Thrones and
StormGods. Compete in remarkable tournaments to be named the
StormGod, (Armored Champion of Stromgard) StormBlade (rapier
champion), and Storm Hunter (Archery and Thrown Weapons
Champion.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Amazing location away from artificial light pollution allows you an
amazing view of the night sky. Wide open sky also means it can get
quite warm during the daytime, so be sure to bring lots of
water. NO
WATER, NO POWER, NO GARBAGE SERVICE on site. Plan to bring
bags & trash containers to pack out whatever you pack in. There
is no Wi-Fi and limited Cell Phone Access depending on
carrier.

Hours: Gates Open Friday 21st at
10:00 am for Merchants and 12:00 pm for Populace – Sunday
23rd at 1 pm

temporarily for Court).

7 Championships

Immediately following court StormGod and StormHunter tournaments
begin.  StormBlade will start in Eric after First Round of
StormGod . Three Mountains and Dragon’s Mist Archery and
Thrown Weapons Championships will begin upon Marshall in Charge

Celebration of Life for Lady Ultriika Elnora We are having a stone
soup and other edibles. Bring what you can. No Pork Please. There
will be incense dust that you can wrap in paper on which you have
written something that Ultriika Elnora did for you, then the
incense and the thought can be sent to her in a fire.

Race for the Hoard begins (Adults 21+ only!) an adult-only treasure
hunt.  

 
                
Please bring a small “treasure” to add to the chest to
participate and look forward to a great time.

FRIDAY ACTIVITIES DETAILS:

Baron’s Bash

Honor Stromgard Barons past and presenT with
feasting and revelry. The Barony will be providing Dough, Sauce and
Cheese for PIZZA cooked on site.  Bring your own toppings i.e.
Peperoni, Sausage, Onions, Mushrooms, Ham, Pineapple etc. 
Please bring enough toppings to share. Everyone is encouraged to
bring food or drink to share.

Bash

Children under 13 encouraged to participate in
this always-popular activity

·         House Daos
appetizer contest

House Daos  has invited the populace to
participate in an appetizer contest beginning  at 9pm under
the Big Top in the Daos camp. Want to win a cool prize? Bring an
appetizer to share! At 10:30 they will announce the winner and
award a prize. Rules for the appetizer contest: item can be sweet
or savory, should be enough for at least 12 people and should be
able to be enjoyed without a plate or utensils. Dishes should be
presented already portioned out and include any necessary serving
utensils or trays. Please provide a list of ingredients along with
your dish.

SATURDAY ACTIVITIES DETAILS:

  7 Championship Tournaments

All tournaments to choose the 7
Champions  will begin on Saturday morning, directly after
Baronial Court. Potential champions – please let Your respective
Excellencies know in advance that you wish to participate . (An
electronic message of your intent to the Baron and Baroness in
advance will assist in planning) and be prepared to present
yourselves to Their Excellencies at the morning court.

Youth & Family Activities including 3 YAFA Classes (one will be
Archery)

Gnomes

Gluckhaus will be held on a rolling basis.
Come in, play, leave, come back, play some more at your leisure.
Each comer will receive ten tokens, then play to win more. Tokens
can be turned in for tickets youth & children can collect and
use to redeem prizes from the Game of Gnomes store (ala Chuckie
Cheese).

Over 21 Participants asked to bring a
“treasure” to contribute to the horde. Food and water
stations.  Ingredients clearly marked, no combinations of
alcohol permitted per station (e.g. either rum or vodka, not
both).

Site Fee is $20 ($5 discount to SCA members )
Day trip fee is $15 ( $5 discount for SCA members ) there is NO FEE
for children 17 and under(please bring suitable documentation for
children).

Dogs are welcomed on site but must be leashed
at all times and with their owners at all times.

Currently there is not a fire ban. Fire pits
may be used on site with the following restrictions:

They must be at least 18 inches off the
ground.

You must have water or an extinguisher
nearby.

If you have a mesh cover for your fire pit,
you must use it.

All barbecue grills and cook stoves must also
be at least 18 inches off the ground.

Tiki torches are forbidden.

Propane torches are allowed.

Ashes have to be removed from site
