My Lords and Ladys The Shire of
Pendale cordially invites you all to Join us as we seek new
Champions to Carry us threw for another year. We have a new site
for our champions to prove their worth, with Shade a Lake an
amputheater, and a large Grill where we will be hosting a burger
feast. The shire will bring the meat please bring the sides. There
is a Covered Pavilion where classes and A&S will be
held.

When Camping at our lovely new Site please be aware that they
wish for camp fires to be with in the Provided Metal camp fire
rings,(all fires must be watched or put out) there are a limited
number of these rings so get to know your neighbors and share a
fire. If you do not know your Neighbor then you will get to know them at the
Shires Meat and Greet on Saturday. It will be $5.00 at the gate,
the Shire is provide the meat buns and condiments we request you
bring side dishes that will feed at least 10 people.

The site is discreetly damp all drinks must be in a period
Container, if you are lacking in one then you are in luck this year
our tourney tokens are lovely period style mugs. There is a care
taker on site and there is a chance the other side of the camping
area may be in use so quiet time has been set for 10 pm and it will
be enforced.

Merchants are welcome with a fee of a donation to the shire for
its annual harvest protectors auction.

This year we will have our Normal Heavy, Rapier, Archery,
Bardic, as well as unusual games and A&S. A&S will be
judged and a minimum of 3/4 page of documentation is required. The
Prize for the new Heavy Champion will be a 36 inch Stick of Rattan.
We are Honored to be hosting this years defender of the hart
Tourney for the canton of Silver hart, more information to come on
that.

All pets must be on a leash in under their owners control at all
times.

There is a lake so please be mindful of your children and where
they are.

Just as a reminder the SCA curently has nothing in place to
prepay for an event so there is NO prepay for this event .

Site opens at 1 PM Friday, closes at 1 PM Sunday no
exceptions.
