Lords and Ladies, Fighters and Bards, Pray Attend!
Greetings unto you! This year please join their Majesties of An
Tir and the Barony of Glymm Mere in celebrating the baronage of
their excellencies Baron Dunstan M’Lolane and Baroness
Aelisia of Cambrewell as they pass their coronets to our newest
leaders. We will also welcome the return of spring, and with it
warmer weather, at Mayfaire!
Revel in all the jubilant activities Mayfair has to offer as we
recreate the Middle Ages for a public demonstration and event!:
- Her Majesty will be present to preside over the Baronial
Coronet step-down and investiture.
- Witness the glory of battle as fighters vie for the esteemed
titles of Heavy Champion of Glymm Mere and Rapier Champion of Glymm
Mere, as well as other scenarios worth glory and treasure!
- Brewing and Cordial Competitions: There will be separate
competitions for both Brewed and Cordial entries with a
Spring-theme. Bring your best beverages with a Spring flair in
flavor, bottle, presentation and/or name.
- Nuttiest Bard competition: Mayfaire is proud to host the
nuttiest bard! Come ply your songs and stories to the merchants and
populace to see who can gain the title of Nuttiest Bard!
- Peruse our merchant’s row, where we will have numerous
merchants with a variety of wares for your shopping pleasure.
- Witness demonstrations of Arts and Sciences, archery, and more;
this is sure to be a fun filled weekend for all!!!
- Relax and play popular table games of the Middle Ages.
- And finally, but not finically, as is Mayfair tradition, please
help us educate our modern guests both on the Medieval and
Renaissance World and our roles in preserving this part of
history.

Note:
Due to continuing, albeit less
frequent, rain, and consistently mild temperatures, it has
unfortunately become necessary to take steps to ensure the
continued grassy beauty of Tenino City Park.
As it stands today, vehicle traffic
will be restricted to parking areas only as the ground is currently
too soft to accommodate. I apologize for any inconvenience and we
are taking measures to mitigate the impact of this change.
