…We
have been offered an opportunity for a large demo…and being a
small shire, we need all the help we can get! Let’s really show
them what we do!

The event date is Saturday, April 22nd. Demo will start about noon,
following the parade. 




They have reserved the entire park for us free of charge and will
be including our demo in advertising. In addition, we have an entry
in the parade to advertise the demo & SCA in general. We are
free to set up demo, music, lampworking, fighting…pretty much
anything we want. We can even have vendors free of charge. The park
is grassy & level, has nice modern restrooms, a stage area with
power and parking just steps from the grass.




For those of you unfamiliar with the cherry festival, it is the
biggest event in TD all year…possibly the gorge overall.
Especially if it’s a nice day. People come from all parts of the
gorge and beyond. It has street vendors, live music, parade, car
show, home & garden show, street dance, health fair &
more.




This is a huge opportunity for us and we need our friends!. Tell
all of your SCA friends and make plans to join us!
