Come one and all to witness the
North Sound Sergeantry Trials and Sable Rose Tournaments! The
Baronies of Aquaterra, Madrone and Wyewood and the Royal Company of
the Sable Rose, Argent have come together to present Sergeantry
Trials and York Rounds on Saturday, and the Sable Rose Emprise
Equestrian Challenge, Rapier Prize Tourney, and Youth Armored
Combat Competition on Sunday. We invite the populace to observe and
cheer on those of our Sergeantry Candidates who would seek the
honor and responsibility of achieving membership in the Order, or
enjoy the many diversions offered.

The Populace is encouraged to
explore the testing stations, enjoy the archery and thrown weapons
ranges during posted open hours, or bring your equine friend for
open ride and gaming pleasure on Saturday of the event. Please see

Weekend: Adult
– $15, youth under 17 – $10, family cap (2 adults/ 2 children under
17) – $50
Day trip Saturday: Adult – $10, youth – $7, family
cap – $34
Children under 5 years old: free

MINORS 17 and younger must be
accompanied by a parent/legal guardian AND bring with them the
following documents completed by their parent/legal guardian: SCA
Medical Authorization for Minors and SCA Minor Event Waiver (forms
may be obtained at http://www.antir.sca.org/Pubs/forms/.

Equestrian
camping: $10/ night. Payable to the site owner via the
EQMiC when you check in. For more information please see the event

General
Camping: Site reservations accepted for
Royalty,Coronets,Sergeantry Candidates and Autocrat Team members –
others are first-come, first served.  Large groups may also
request reservations by contacting Baroness Sineidin
baroness@aquaterra.antir.sca.org

RV Camping:
There are limited numbers of RV sites avaialble with power at an
additional $10/night.  Reservations required.  Please
contact Baroness Arianne of Falcomoors archeress@frontier.com or 425-778-2359 (no calls after 10pm
please)

PERSONNA
LUNCHEON:
Join
us for a persona luncheon – potluck style.  You don’t
need a Carp or to be a Golden Swan to enjoy being in persona. 
The only requirements are that you dress in your best attempt at
your persona’s clothing and to bring feast gear and a lunch
contribution that you think your persona would have eaten. 
It’s all about trying something new and having fun. Absolute
beginners are encouraged to join us.  Your host for the lunch
is Marguerite fitz William, Courtier of Aquaterra, Swan and
Veneur.  Please RSVP to m_fitzwilliam@msn.com with your name and lunch contribution (that way
we’ll have enough tables and we won’t have 14 veggie
platters)

SITE RULES:
• In
regards to marijuana laws, all SCA participants should follow
modern law, both State and Federal. As it is still illegal under
Federal law, marijuana is prohibited at SCA functions.
• Smoking in camp only-please pick up your litter
• Above ground fires only (under
18”x18”x18”) and tiki torches OK; per Fire
Marshal guidance must be out from under trees & overhanging
structures & away from tents
• Dogs with current vaccinations OK; must be on leash at
all times and waste picked up immediately
• Absolutely no parking in front or surrounding Grange
Hall – it is “off-site”
• Dumpster space limited – please pack out your
garbage
