The Prince and Princess of Avacal invite you to the investiture
of their Heirs. The populace is invited to attend and witness, the
selection of the Avacal Champion of Sword and the Champion of
Arrows. In celebration there shall also be war scenarios for both
armoured and rapier combat.

 

Take time to enjoy the many other activities such as target
archery, Arts and Sciences demonstrations, bardic, THUA courses,
family activities,and much more.

Location of Site: Hwy 661 and RR 224, Thorhild County, Alberta,
Canada

Watch for signage.

 

Vendors must preregister with the event stewards

 

 

Date: Site opens 8:00 am on Friday June 27, and Closes at 1:00
pm Monday June 30, 2014

 

The water on site is potable, but it is suggested that you bring
your own drinking water.

 

Site fees: Children 0 to 13 – Free

Adults 14 and up – $25.00

NMS: A non-member surcharge of $5.00 per person will apply for
any adult who is not able to produce written proof of a valid SCA
membership.
