 When the daffodils erupt
from the snow and the lilacs bloom, brave the roads, climb the
mountains and join us, the Shire of Southmarch, around the May pole
for May Revel. Enter the games, compete in the competitions or sit
and enjoy the good company, good food and fellowship. Join us for
our premier Arts and Sciences Shire Championship and open A and S
competition. A war chest full of marvels awaits the victors of the
War Games.  Sharpen your eyes and polish your arrows for the
Archery tournament. For those more fair and gentile, Bocce ball and
a rolling pin toss will be offered. Master Emmerich from the West
will be treating us to a moneyers class. Gingerbread castle
building for the smalls will round out the activities for the
day.
Find yourself around the day board, sampling the hearty food and
goodies.  A mouth-watering pot luck feast will begin promptly
at 5:00pm to allow those traveling a chance to start home early in
the evening.  Details will follow as they are confirmed.

Fees:  Adult $12.00; Youth (10 –17) $7.00; Children (10
and under) free. Family cap is $35.00. A $5.00 NMS fee applies to
all adults who do not show proof of membership. Make checks payable
to Shire of Southmarch, SCA Inc.
