Event Updates:

1)Due to requests, the Subtlety contest will be reinstated.
Make sure your Subtlety is in the kitchen for formal presentation
in the constes 15 minutes before dinner. (A Subtlety is a an edible
dish in a fanciful shape, like a gingerbread house, or a fish made
of jelly).

2) A shire member has offered to do a “portrait opportunity”
with her magical portrait box. Wear your best and smile pretty!

3) Currently we have teachers for a drumming class and one in hair
braiding. Braiding is tentatively set for 10:00 am. More would be
lovely, and improptu classes are also appreciated.

4) Thank you all for your patience and help.  I submitted my
data to the on-line Kingdom Events and it hasn’t shown up.
EEEKK!

5) Catapults? Did you say catapults? Maybe, but they have to be
small and cannot be aimed at people unless loaded with
marshmellows.  A small target range, indoors, with designated
time for children’s use, will be available.  Grown ups must be
able to demonstrate good sharing skills to be allowed to play.
