Come one come all to
Stromgard’s Founding Revel. We have a large number of wonderful
activities for your diversion as well as a sumptuous feast for your
delectation.

Fighters! We will be
sponsoring a fabulous tournament with handsome prizes, we welcome
you to come just for the day or spend time dazzling the populace
with your deeds at our feast in the
evening.

NEW POLICIES LIST POLICIES ANNOUNCED AT THE MARSHALS MEETING WILL
BE ENFORCED.. PLEASE EMAIL THE SENESCHAL IF YOU HAVE ANY
QUESTIONS****

For those of you preferring
less martial pursuits, we will be having our yearly Arts &
Sciences Championship, and will have a display area for your recent
projects with a Populace Choice To be awarded.
In addition, a Chess Tournament is planned and there will be
various games available

For the children there will also be our famous Children’s
Equestrian Games. Children, prepare your steeds for this
tournament!

Also for your enjoyment is
the ever famous Stromgard Basket Auction to benefit the Baronial
Travel Fund. Please bring items to donate for auction and your
checkbook. Last year we raised over 600.00 and would love to
surpass this total this year.

Their Graces will also be
collecting taxes during Dinner. Please make sure and bring
something to donate to the baronial coffers. Please no perfumed
items,candles or glass items that could break…

And last but not least A
delicious feast for your enjoyment. If you have food allergy
concerns contact the Chief Cook.

Schedule of Events
10:00: Site Opens for guests list opens place your list shield on
list board.
11:00 chess tournament begins
11:00: Armored Tournament Begins bring your list shield 2″ x3″
Noon: A&S Championship Begins, Silent Basket Auction Begins
1:00 children’s equestrian tournament
4:30: Baronial Court, “Tax payments” (largesse) accepted
5:30 Feast with results of Basket Auction
8:00: Guests need to vacate site so staff can finish clean up
10:00 Site Closes / clean up kitchen
