BORDER
WAR

Barony of Wealdsmere

September 16 –
19

The Battle of Teutoburg Forest

“Clades Variana”

It’s Dark in these Woods.  Scary, too.  Well, of course, Titus,
we’re Romans and this is Germania!  Any Fool knows there is no more
Dangerous Border in the Empire than the Rhine Garrison.  Worse yet, it is A.D. 9 and the
Barbarians are gathering for Rome’s version of the Little Big
Horn…

Come join us on the shores of Beautiful Lake Coeur d’Alene;
the site is Camp Easton Boy Scouts Camp, the same idyllic place as
last year, and it is absolutely gorgeous.  A swimming beach, flush toilets,
hot showers, pine forests, grassy fields, a HUGE great hall –
there is almost nothing this site lacks.  There are also cabins to rent
for an additional fee, please contact the autocrats.  NOTE:  if you rented a cabin last year
and wish to do so again, you will have top priority for
reservations prior to Labor Day; after that it will be first come
first serve, cabin space is limited.

Heavy war fighting scenarios will take place Saturday, arranged by
the martial stylings of Baron Sir Caieth.  Rapier, Archery, and A&S
activities will likewise be hosted by the Barony of Wealdsmere,
schedule to be announced.
