Eat, Drink and be Merry

We Welcome You to Join us in the Investment of our new Prince
and Princess of Avacal!!!

To celebrate this auspicious occasion we will be hosting the
competitions to determine the new Avacal Champions of Arts
& Science and Rapier.

To help us make merry thru the evening a feast will be served
and entertainment will abound til we can sing and dance no
more. To rejuvenate our revelers a late night repast will be
served after midnight.

So come and join us in a day to remember.

Site Location: Sandhills Community Hall

(approx. 30 minutes from downtown Borealis)

Site opens Friday night at 6:00 p.m. for early hall campers
and it will continue to be available thru til Sunday morning
until 12:00 p.m. where a pancake breakfast will accompany the
Curia Meeting that is open to all members of the
populace.

12 and under free
$5 NMS will be added for anyone without proof of
membership

All unclaimed seats will be sold off at 4 pm.

9:30 Pelicans meeting and Squires list/inspection and Judges
meeting

10:00 Squires Tournament and A&S single entry judging

11:00 completion of the Squires Tournament

11:30 – 12:00 Final Court of the Prince & Princess

12:00 – 1:00 Investiture Court and Processional for Rapier
and A&S followed immediately by Rapier Tournament and
A&S Championship Judging

3:00 Cadet Tournament, immediately following the Rapier
Championship

3:00 Chivalry meeting and completion of the Rapier
Championship

3:45- 4:15 Order of the Grey Goose Shaft

4:15-5:00 Ladies of the Valorous Estates meeting

5:00 Order of the White scarf meeting

6:00 completion of the A&S judging

6:30 The Feast begins

8:00 Court

After court………………
