The Shire of Lionsdale invites you to Winter’s Tourney
on Feb 5. Any who would represent our shire may compete for
our Arts & Sciences, Bardic or Rapier champion.
In addition to championship events, there will be a heavy
tournament, an archery competition, Youth Armoured Combat,
Children’s Activities, Dancing, a Household food drive
competition, the annual Dessert Auction and more. Alcohol is
allowed, though there will be no cash bar, so plan
appropriately, and watch for a possible appearance by the Tir
Righ Brewer’s Guild. The Tir Righ Cut and Thrust Guild
will also be there. Please see check the kingdom calendar for
more information and more updates.

We will have a number of new merchants, and many of our
traditional merchants will be premiering new goods. Come
prepared to do some shopping!

Dinner: A potluck feast, with the Shire providing the main:
Cottage Cheese Fritters and Baron of Beef. Please bring a
dish to serve 8-10 people with an ingredient list.

Fees: The food bank is depleted this time of the year. So we
are offering a significant discount to those that come with a
donation to the food bank. NMS applies.Checks payable to:

Adults $15 or $10 with a donation of a non-perishable food
item
Youth $8 or $5 with a donation of a non-perishable food
item
Children under 12 Free
Family Cap: $45 or $30 with the donation of non-perishable
food items
Merchant fee: $15 or a donation to our tournaments. Merchant
spaces are filling
fast. Contact the event steward to reserve your space!
