    The Mighty Crown of An Tir, Bold King Tiernan
and Gracious Queen Miranda, seek the wisdom of Their
Officers, Peers and Populace in counsel as They discuss the
many doings of the Kingdom and how to administrate the
Kingdom to the benefit of all!

    Crown Council
was developed as a way for the King and Queen of An Tir to
meet with the Officers of the Kingdom and discuss issues
before them in a setting that is dedicated to that purpose.
It is difficult to meet and discuss topics in depth at a
Crown Tourney or Coronation due to the nature and focus of
those events. Crown Council also presents an opportunity for
the Peerages of An Tir to meet with the Crown in another
focused meeting. As well as the populace of the Kingdom to
see how the administration of the Kingdom happens behind the
scenes.

    Even though Crown Council is dedicated towards
the business of the Kingdom, it also presents a time and
place for people to gather and do what those in the SCA do
best! Create works of art, meet in battle and discuss the
re-enactment of the Middle
Ages and Renaissance.

    His Majesty
Tiernan especially wishes to meet all those wishing to engage
in combat in a Fight Practice / Tourney. More details to
follow.

    The An Tir Fall Crown Council, 2010, is being
hosted by the Barony of Dragon’s Laire on
Saturday, November 13th. The site will open at 8:30AM
for Crown Council and conclude (tentatively at this time) at
5:00PM.

    Starting at 6:00
PM and ending at 11:00
PM, come and witness the changing of the Coronets of
the Mighty Barony of Dragon’s Laire in the theatre above the
Silverdale Community Center where Crown Council is being
held. Please note that all above times are tentative and
subject to the whims and approval of Their Majesties.

For all attendees
18 years of age and older the Site Fee is $5.00 per
person (for both Crown Council during the day and
the Dragon’s Laire Baronial Succession at night). For
Non-Members of 18 years of age and older the site fee will be
$10.00 per person (this is the addition of the Non-Member
Surcharge (NMS)). For those attendees younger than 18 years
there will be no site fee. Please make checks payable to
‘SCA, Inc. – Barony of Dragon’s Laire’.
