Their
Excellencies Shannon and Regina, Baron and Baroness of
Vulcanfeldt invite you to join us for our annual public demo
at the Yakima Folklife Festival Saturday, July 10.

Come one, come all:
artisans, fighters, cavaliers.  Come and help us present
the best of the SCA to the mundane populace.  

Heavy fighters test
your skill and courage in the prize tournament (style of
tournament will be determined by the number of
fighters).  The
winner will take home a mild steel helmet from Longbow
Armories.

Rapier fighters come
and complete on the field of honor (style of tournament will
be determined by the number of fighters).  The winner will take home
a stainless steel fencing helmet, crafted by Longbow
Armories.  

Artisans and
Craftsman bring your wares and display them to the
masses.  Show the
world that there is more to the SCA then just fighting; and
of course we gratefully appreciate anyone else who would like
to come and help keep the dream alive.  

Saturday evening
there will be a potluck feast, please bring a side dish to
share with all. 
The barony will provide the main dish.

11:30 a.m.	Armor inspection for heavy tournament
12 Noon	Heavy Tournament
2:30 p.m.	Armor inspection for rapier tournament
3:00 p.m.	Rapier Tournament
5:30 p.m.	Closing Court
6:00 p.m.	Feast
8:30 p.m.	Site Closes

 

Please
note:  This is a
one-day event this year, activities will occur on Saturday
only. And as all ways there will be no site fee.
