Let the populace of Lions Gate
rejoice!

In the dark days of winter is the time to exchange stories of
victories past and hard won achievements, feast upon foods
good for the soul, and dance to bring joy to the ear and
heart. The populace of Lions Gate is invited to honor their
undoubted Excellencies,

Baron Sir Griffin ap
Bedwyr and
Baroness

Caitrin ni Cingeadh
at a night of feasting,
celebration, and dancing at the Griffin & Acorn
Tavern.

Feast upon hearty foods
of the 12th century Welsh countryside as crafted
by chef Sir Yusuf ben Joseph. Celebrate those recognized at
Baronial court. Delight at the dulcet tones of Collegium
Leonum, and enjoy the Bardic Interludes. Dance with the
guidance of our Mistress of Dance, HL
Rhiannon ap Gwynedd.
Test your wits and concentration
at the Games tables. Rumour is that there will be tops to
play with for the young (and young at heart!) and a Tablero
board for the adults. Baronial court will take place upon
completion of the main feast. Sweets and dancing to commence
immediately thereafter. There will be a cash bar. No other
alcohol permitted at the venue.

Volunteers
needed! Assistance for set up, signage, kitchen scullery,
gate, and tear down will be received with gratitude and
thanks. Please contact the event steward, HL Jaqueline
Lefleur, at
