Greetings fair Gentles. It is time again for Grimwiths’ annual feast, Guardians Tourney of the Wolves, held January 20th 2007. The site the Chewelah Civic Center 315 E Clay and will open at 9am and close around 10 pm.
We will hold a tourney to decide the next Grimwith Defender. The Current defender is His Highness Sven, so if you didn’t get the chance to fight him at crown, you can come test your skills now. The perpetual defender prize is a beautiful traveling chair made by Lord Guy Grimmson. Entry for the tournament requires a Lady’s prize to put in the Consorts chest, which you will win as well.
We will also be holding our Bardic contest. Fair Rois of Grimwith won last year, and will be passing on a beautiful traveling cloak needle felted with the shire device, hers and of course yours, if you win.
Our A&S competitions will include mask making and a place setting competition. We will be holding a silent auction and a White Elephant auction for fundraising.
Feast will be a served potluck with the shire providing the meat (Lamb, Goat and Turkey).
