rages in Lionsdale, ripping canvas from rigging and stranding
weary travellers in our fair shire! Join us as the Press
Ganged Theatre Companie presents William Shakespeare’s ‘The
Tempest’ on October 21, AS 41. In addition to this feast for
the mind, partake of a sumptuous meal, prepared by Holly
House. Doors open at 4pm and the play is afoot at five.
Dinner will be served between the second and third acts.
Please bring feast gear. Non-alcoholic beverages will be
available for a nominal fee – proceeds will be donated
where they will do the most good. Please be mindful that the
site is an elementary school and as such, is a dry site. Due
to the nature of the play’s content, it is advised that
guests be 13 or older. The menu is as follows: Bread, Cheese,
Pickles Menestra – a hot vegetable potage with pasta &
garlic sausage Chewets – chicken, apple, and dried fruit pies
Sliced ham – with mustard Hot Grilled Sausages Green Salad
Warm Bread Pudding Fruit Nonettes – gingerbread cookies by
any other name Fees: $12. NMS will be in effect and collected
on site. Tickets are available from: Lord Donatello (Lions
Gate), HL Johanna or HL Sofia (Lionsdale) and can also be
