We will be sharing the park on Friday evening for a couple of hours with a Concert in the Park and request that no camp setup be done between 7 – 9 pm on that day.

PLEASE NOTE **** ALL TIMES ARE APPROXIMATE AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE ****

We are also chosing our Archery Champion. The championship will be held on Saturday between 10 AM and 1 PM. Please contact our Captain of Archery, HL Kenneth of Shaftesbury at kldolphin@shaw.ca for further information.

Due to Relay for Life being held on the same weekend, the Rapier and Heavy competitions will be held on Sunday between 10 AM and 2 PM instead. Heavy and Rapier Lists and Armour Inspection will start at 9 AM on Sunday.
Our Master of Stables, Brian MacDonald can be reached at 604-466-0274 and our Master of Blades, HL Godfrey von Ravensburg, can be reached at godvonrav@hotmail.com

Lord Brocgar and and his lovely lady, Vivan will be celebrating their marriage on Saturday at 2pm on Saturday, followed by a potluck supper at 5 PM. Please contact HL Rhiannon ap Gwynnedd if you wish to contribute, at rhiannon.9@shaw.ca. Dancing will follow dinner.

Water on site is limited, so please bring your own drinking water plus one liter per fighter for water bearers if you are involved in any of the martial arts.

This is a visibly dry site – period containers only. Aboveground fires are allowed – burn bans permitting – be prepared to pack out your trash and your ash.

This site is very open to the public and we will have the general public walking through and asking questions, particularly on Friday evening before and after the concert, and on Saturday afternoon as there is also a modern wedding taking place. What a great opportunity for educating the public!
