There has been a change to the Autocrat team, Lady Fiona will not be able to be the autocrat for this event. So Lord Johannes will be the autocrat in charge.

We invite all An Tirians to test your mettle as a heavy fighter. We will be hosting a Torchlight Tournament to determine who will be our Shire’s Champion.

Please go to the events website for all of the recent updates. Lots of things going on for everybody.

Saturday afternoon there will also be a Deer Hunt(woods battle) for our heavy fighters to warm up for the Saturday night Tournament. The Tournament will be single elimination if there are more than 10 fighters, double elimination if there’s fewer than 10 fighters. Also Saturday afternoon there will be Crows verses Harvesters scenario for the populace to play in (to be fair there will be one for adults and another for the youth), and a Scavenger Hunt for the little ones (ages 5-9 years and 2 to 4 years).

There will be a siege cooking contest on Saturday, main ingredient to be announced at the moring gathering for the populace

Large Households or groups PLEASE preregister your camp space.
Site fees:
WEEKEND: Adult $10.00, Children(6yrs to 17 yrs) $7.00,Children 5 yrs and under FREE, Family Cap $35.00 Merchants: $10.00 fee will entitle you 10 feet of fronatge,(standard ez-up pop-up)of merchanting space and ONE entry into the event, 20 ft of fronatge is $20.00 and TWO entrys into the event. If you need more space or special conditions because of health conditions please contact Lord Johannes. We are asking for a prize donation for our tourney chest.
Gates open for merchants at 10am, populace at 12pm on Friday. Site closes 6pm Sunday.
DAY TRIP: Adult $7.00, Child $4.00
NON-MEMBER SURCHARGE OF $3.00 APPLIES TO ALL FEES
