Is it blue or is it green, what was once a simple discussion of the ocean’s color is now a heated debate. Lines have been drawn, households divided, and Coastal War proclaimed. What better excuse to flee the valley’s heat and go to the Summits’ beautiful shire on the coast.
Come enjoy the war, (Heavy Adult, Heavy Youth, and Rapier if a senior marshal for rapier wishes to contact the event steward), enter in the To the Sea A&S competition, the best covered mundane object, or the most period encampment. Join us after the war for feasting, and listen while bards entertain us with songs and stories of the sea.
The Feast is Pot Luck. Please bring enough for 15 people. Mundane last names of A-I: Main Dish, J-P: Side Dish, Q-T: Desert or Fruit Plate, U-W: Drinks, XYZ: Breads.

Site is wet, period containers please. Children 13 and under must be attended by adult at all times. River is Swim at your Own Risk. Children’s Waivers must comply with Kingdom Law. No Exceptions.
Marshal is the same Marshal from Cheezie War 1 and all marshals, especially Rapier Marshals need to contact him at charles_broyles@hotmail.com to be added to the list. We can only have Rapier fighting if a Rapier Marshal contacts him.
Day Trippers: Same Fees apply. Site opens Friday, July 22nd 1pm, and closes Sunday July 24th at 5pm. Merchants, please preregister with the Merchant Steward by July 1. Discount offered on site fee, donation for merchant space.
Site Directions: From Salem, Take 99West to Hwy 18/22, proceed through the Van Duzer Corridor. Look for the SCA Signs just past the Roselodge Store, on the Right Side of the Highway. Site is the Roselodge Brown’s Nursery, 5211 Salmon River Hwy, Otis, OR, 97368.
