An Tir May Crown Tournament Shire of
Lionsdale Friday May 21- Sunday 23, 2004 Chilliwack, BC The
snow has retreated and spring calls the first tentative
shoots from their slumber. Join us in the pastoral environs
of Lionsdale for three days of grand combat, competition and
pageantry. We offer flat, well-drained areas for camping and
equestrian activities, 40+ RV hook-ups, hotels and other
amenities less than five minutes away, and abundant parking.
Indoors you will find spacious erics, A&S and merchants,
all with dedicated areas. For your convenience, there are
indoor bathrooms, coin-operated warm water shower stalls
outdoors and a pay phone on site. Come one and all to
experience this wondrous event! UPDATE

Directions: Take the Trans-Canada Highway to
Exit 116 (Lickman Rd.). Turn south and follow to Luckakuck
Way. Turn left onto Luckakuck Way and the site will be on
your right hand side after you negotiate a couple of tight
turns. Turn right onto the access road and you are there! Our
signs are bright yellow and shield shaped. Site opens Friday,
May 21 at 4PM. Site closes on Sunday, May 23 at 6PM. Early
birds WILL be conscripted to assist with any remaining set-up
tasks. If you’d like to volunteer for set-up crew contact the
autocrat. Preregistration: Preregistration
is available as a convenience to you and to ease congestion
at gate. Please enclose a photocopy of your membership card
with the expiry date clearly visible with your printed
preregistration form. Preregistration does not include
reserved camping space – large groups may contact the
autocrat to make arrangements. Confirmations will be sent to
an included email address only. Preregistrations must be
received by May 14th, 2004. Cancellations must be received by
May 14th, 2004. No refunds will be issued on cancellations
received after this date. Merchants – please include your

Waivers: Waivers are all available on line
and you are encouraged to print and have them all filled out
and signed before arriving – this will also keep your time at
gate to a minimum. As we are in BC Canada, SCA & NSCA
minor waivers need to be completed. Medical Authorization for
Minors are also to be completed for any minors travelling
without their parent or legal guardian.. Site
