July 5-7,2002 West / An Tir War Kingdom of the West (Yreka,
CA) Recent raids have made war imminent in the West/An Tir
borderlands. All heavy and light fighters are summoned to
rally to their royalty and colors in assembling of mass
armies to clash upon the battlefields within the lands of the
Shire of Crystalmist. May honor be thy force and victory
sweet. West Kingdom weapon construction rules apply. Site
Info: The War will be held at the beautiful Greenhorn Park
(Yreka), within the lands of the Shire of Crystalmist The
site opens at Upper Greenhorn Park at Noon on Friday and
closes at 4 PM on Sunday. Registration, camping, handicap
parking, and vehicle unloading/loading only will be in Upper
Park. Populace, guest, and public parking will be in the old
BMX Park, adjacent to the Lower Park. Merchant gate at Lower
Greenhorn park opens at 10 AM. Shopping is one mile from the
site. Site Fee: $10 per person, under 5 is free. Site
Restrictions: NO CARS ALLOWED ON THE GRASS. Dogs and cats
must be on leashes with the other end attached to someone or
something (City Ordinance). Fires in braziers or BBQs okay,
but no ground fires. Adequate water or fire extinguishers
must be kept on hand. West Kingdom fire rules will be
strictly enforced. No fireworks or powder are allowed in the
park. There is a creek and a reservoir, so children must be
properly attended at all times. No swimming. Non-motor boats

Permit. There is no electricity, but there are some water
spigots. For further information: Mad John of Dunsmuir (John
Marshall) 5973 Dunsmuir Ave., Dunsmuir, CA 96025,
530-235-4234. Directions: From the South: Take 1-5 North to
Yreka. Take the first exit (Hwy 3), turn left and go under
1-5 and go to the stop light From the North: Take 1-5 South
to Yreka. Take the third exit (Hwy 3), turn right and go to
the stop light – At the stoplight turn right. Proceed north
on South Main St. for 4/10 of a mile. Turn left onto
Greenhorn Rd and continue for 1/2 mile to the Upper Park
entrance on the left. After unloading, move your vehicle to
the parking area next to Lower Greenhorn Park. (From Upper
Greenhorn Park, turn right on Greenhorn Rd, take your second
right, Oregon St, and your next right on Ranch Ln. Continue
straight to the old red schoolhouse for parking across the
street. This is also the location for the Merchants Entrance.

all It is the intentions of the autocrat for the West-Antir
war to have Equestrian authorizations and games going on
during the weekend. At this time we do not have rental horses
available but we are working on this and will keep you
apprised should horses come available. For all those who own
there own horses you are more than welcome to bring them.
People bringing horses will be required to bring portable
corals (or keep them tied to trailers), feed, and buckets for
water, (there are water spigots on site) also people are
required to camp near there horses. Equestrian safety will be
strongly enforced. Any person found mistreating horses will
be kicked off site immediately no questions asked. Please
