Eleanor/Jennifer Eastberg As has been rumored, planned, and
discussed, the College of St. Bunstable will host a Winter
Masquerade on Friday, 15 February 2002, from 6:00-11:00pm in
the west ballroom of the HUB on the University of Washington,
Seattle Campus. The main focus will be on the dances, led by
Eleanor, and these will take up the majority of the night.
Also, during intermissions, our deputy seneschal, Dieter,
will be holding a contest (details to be announced the night
of) and our A&S Minister, Kirsten, along with Dieter,
will be performing a puppet show. Also, a few of our members
will do singing and other such bardic activities during
intermissions. In one corner of the ballroom, we’ll have
tables set up for period games, courtesy of Badger and anyone
else who cares to bring some. Light snacks will also be
provided. Tickets are $5 for University of Washington
students, and $10 for the general public. Tickets are
available at the HUB Ticket Office now or during the event
(purchase your ticket there — first floor — and then head
upstairs to the ballroom). For directions to the HUB and for
