AUTUMN WAR
September 14-17 Blatha an Oir

Autumn War will be held at RiverGlenn campground in Orting, WA this year.
We would like to have everyone pre-register. Site fee will be $15
pre-register and $20 at the gate. Children 12 and under $8, with a family cap
of $45 pre-register and $55 at the gate. Print out the forms from the links
provided in the Crier, online or at events, with the appropriate Autumn War
dates on them. Keep your minor medical form on your child and send in the
rest to the Autocrat with payment.
You can pick up your confirmation card at most events from The Stag & The
Griffin on Merchant’s row or from the BaO Chatelaine. Cards not picked up by
Aug. 30 will be mailed. You must have valid ID when picking up your card and
information packet. No one may pick up card for another person. Dead line
for pre registration is Aug. 30.
Autumn War will run from Friday until Monday, September 14-17. Gates open
at 11 am for merchants and 2 pm for general populace. Please do not come
earlier than this; you will not be admitted. DO NOT forget your pre-reg card.

Please note on your pre-register form if you have special needs. There
will be a handicap camping area near electrical outlets for breathing
machines and other equipment of this sort.
Please unload your car quickly and go to the parking area. We will be
having a shuttle service if we can find off site parking. Come prepared for
this.
There will be a War with heavy and light fighting, Fencing snares,
classes, brewing contest, Archery, children’s activities, and much more.
There will be ZERO tolerance. Minors found drinking will be escorted to
the main road and delivered to the local authorities.
Directions: From the North take Hwy 167. Go south to hwy 410, take the
Orting exit. turn right onto hwy 162 towards Orting, WA. Go 5 miles to
RiverGlenn campgrounds on the right. If you cross the bridge you have gone
too far. From the South, take I-5 to hwy 512; follow 512 until it ends on
167. Go north to hwy 410, follow the directions as above.
